To offer all university students the facility of free access to university/ faculty web and proceed with their online learning activities

Dear Students
 
I am sure all of you are aware of the situation of the country is faced with and I hope you and your families are well.  
With the closure of the universities, the disruption caused to academic activities is enormous and  in order to minimize the damage caused to academic career of students, UGC has taken steps to offer all university students the facility of free access to university/faculty web and proceed with their online learning activities. 
 
You will be notified in due course about the future actions you need to take in this regard.

The University will be declared an additional University Holiday on 17th March 2020  (Tuesday) due to the health concern on COVID 19.

The University will be closed for all students for two weeks

The University will be closed as a precautionary measure for all students including under graduates and post graduates for two weeks from today, 13.03.2020 due to the global health concern on COVID 19.

Hostels will be closed by 8.00 AM tomorrow, 14.03.20. All hostellers should leave the premises on or before 8.00 AM, 14.03.2020.
